What you'll do
- Own marketing initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: Discord, Events, Moderation, Advocacy.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the entry level in marketing.
- Hands-on skills with Discord, Events, Moderation.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
