operatly is a remote-first recruiting agency. We publish job listings and help connect candidates with hiring companies. We are not the employer for the roles listed; any employment or contractor relationship is between you and the hiring company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to work in the region stated on any role you apply to.

3. Applications and accuracy

You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and your own. Misrepresenting your identity, experience, or qualifications may result in removal from our services.

4. No guarantee of placement

We do not guarantee that you will be introduced to a company, interviewed, or hired. Hiring decisions are made solely by the companies listing the roles.

5. Fees

Using operatly as a candidate is free. If you never pay us, we will never ask candidates for payment to apply. Employers are billed separately under their own agreements.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through unauthorized means.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Do not scrape, copy, or resell listings without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its content, logos, and design are owned by Operatly Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use our branding without permission.
