About the role
Write conversion-focused copy for web, ads, and product launches. As a mid content professional at Lumen & Field, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.
Fully remote for candidates in the UK or European Union.
What you'll do
- Own content initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: Copywriting, Landing Pages, Messaging, B2B.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the mid level in content.
- Hands-on skills with Copywriting, Landing Pages, Messaging.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
