About the role
Deliver fast, empathetic support to customers across time zones. As a entry support professional at Datawharf, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.
Fully remote across APAC time zones.
What you'll do
- Own support initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: Zendesk, Email Support, Chat, SaaS.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the entry level in support.
- Hands-on skills with Zendesk, Email Support, Chat.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
