Create eye-catching graphics for social, ads, and marketing — beginner-friendly. As a entry design professional at Lumen & Field, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.
Fully remote for candidates in the UK or European Union.
What you'll do
- Own design initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: Canva, Photoshop, Social Graphics, Branding.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the entry level in design.
- Hands-on skills with Canva, Photoshop, Social Graphics.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
