About the role
Own security compliance frameworks, audits, and risk assessments. As a mid security professional at Ironvale Security, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.
Fully remote for candidates in the United States or Canada.
What you'll do
- Own security initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: GRC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, Audits.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the mid level in security.
- Hands-on skills with GRC, SOC 2, ISO 27001.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
