Own commercial contracting and privacy compliance for global operations. As a senior legal professional at Vantage Metrics, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.

What you'll do
- Own legal initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: SaaS Contracts, GDPR, Negotiation, Privacy.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the senior level in legal.
- Hands-on skills with SaaS Contracts, GDPR, Negotiation.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
