About the role
Build the infrastructure and pipelines that ship and monitor ML at scale. As a senior ai professional at Tesseract AI, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.
Fully remote within UTC-8 to UTC-4 for team overlap.
What you'll do
- Own ai initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD, Cloud.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the senior level in ai.
- Hands-on skills with Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
