Own reliability, capacity planning, and incident response for a global platform. As a senior engineering professional at Lumen & Field, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.
Fully remote for candidates in the UK or European Union.
What you'll do
- Own engineering initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: SRE, Observability, GCP, Incident Response.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the senior level in engineering.
- Hands-on skills with SRE, Observability, GCP.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
