About the role
Run mixed-method research that shapes product strategy and roadmaps. As a mid design professional at Modula, you will join a fully distributed team and collaborate asynchronously across time zones.
Fully remote, open to candidates in any country.
What you'll do
- Own design initiatives end to end with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Work with modern tools: User Interviews, Usability Testing, Surveys, Synthesis.
- Contribute to a strong async, documentation-first remote culture.
- Continuously improve processes and mentor teammates where relevant.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience at the mid level in design.
- Hands-on skills with User Interviews, Usability Testing, Surveys.
- Excellent written English and strong async communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
